1. Document the system to be maintained.

We will use "PlantManager", a computerised maintenance data base programme.

This will Include an Inventory of all equipment , specifications and important components .

2. Collate all existing information . eg. Specifications

4. Create a maintenance diary.

5. Document availability of high priority spares and if need be , have them stored on site.

6. Thoroughly monitor systems , create test and check list to ensure regular comparative testing.

7. Minor and safety faults are repaired as soon as possible . More expensive larger faults will be reported to enable scheduling for planned repair.

8. Co-ordination of mechanical maintenance at minimal extra cost can also be arranged.
